Saunacore saunas heaters
Saunacore heaters are very simple with no bells and whistles. They use high watt density heating elements. Other companies that use high end elements are EOS. Their heaters are made with Austenitic 304 and 316 grade surgical steel and they are silver soldered. Very few companies use silver in their heaters.
Their heaters heat up the fastest of all heaters I have compared. Harvia also heats up quickly if you get the ones with the least amount of rocks. With their silver soldering there is no rust problems from normal wear and tear with this brand. Some brands rust over time with heavy water pouring.
Their high watt density heating elements do not have any copper. They use incoloy elements in all their sauna heaters.
POPPING AND CRACKLING NOISE - This brand has an extremely low gauge frame for their heaters. This stops all the loud noises when the metal expands and gets cool.
Saunacore heaters are good for people who want to do a session and turn it off afterwards and not keep it on all day. It has very few rocks on top which are there for pouring water on not to hold in latent heat for those that want to keep their sauna on all day.
Their sauna heaters are also CSA certified in Canada. Their heaters also come with a basic controller included. If you are going to be pouring lots of water on your heater this is not the heater I recommend. It is good for small amounts of water as it doesn't have lots of rocks to create the type of steam most people are seeking. You will just have a puddle of water on the floor.

Yes, if you go online there are many people advertising the sauna brand and charging double the price I am offering. I don't nickel and dime people. I do the same thing with hyperbaric chambers. If someone buys an oxygen concentrator, I give them my cost on a hyperbaric chamber.
Please call to make sure you get the right killowatt size. Over half the people get the wrong killowatt size when using sizing charts as they don't figure in R values, thermoclines, types of wood used, bench heights and heat co-efficients. Just a 6 inch thermocline makes a huge difference. If using a stratification system (floor fan) that affect the latent heat and although you feel all the heat in your upper body by mixing thermoclines this can totally mess up the latent heat you experience from the heater. If you don't know the 200 rule and how to apply that with the type of heater in the sauna and you want to pour lots of water on the heater with a massive amount of stones this will DEFINITELY BREAK THE 200 RULE. Those who want the best sauna experience should want to understand all the work we do with biohacking saunas. We are in our 50's and 60's and have no problem talking on the phone.
