Homecraft heaters
If comparing Homecraft to IKI or HUUM which most people do after stumbling on Homecraft their are lots of differences with this heater. It is the cheapest of the three. It does not have the same quality as IKI at all and still doesn’t have the quality matching the HUUM (based on customers that have returned the Homecraft and switched to IKI or HUUM). I get calls from customers who buy the Homecraft and ask why the temperature on the first level bench doesn’t feel as hot as they are used to at their gym. First, it does not go to 230. It has a high limit switch and goes around 194 to 195 degrees. Most people don’t do their research as just assume this heater will feel like sitting on the second level bench at a gym.
These are made in Canada. The company does stand by their warranty. It is not a big company like HUUM but when there is a warranty problem they fix it on time. Most people who buy the Homecraft heaters from me are people who cannot afford the HUUM or IKI. Their heaters are better than any Chinese import heater but if you are looking for quality like IKI this is not the heater to get. If you want a heater that is reliable that is not going to get super hot then this is my recommended heater. They have been making heaters since 1988.
If you want the Homecraft heater I can get you one at a good deal.
If buying a Homecraft sauna heater at regular price I will offer 50% off on my best selling traditional sauna brand. Yes, if you go online there are many people advertising the sauna brand and charging double the price I am offering. I don't nickel and dime people. I do the same thing with hyperbaric chambers. If someone buys an oxygen concentrator, I give them my cost on a hyperbaric chamber.
Please call to make sure you get the right killowatt size. Over half the people get the wrong killowatt size when using sizing charts as they don't figure in R values, thermoclines, types of wood used, bench heights and heat co-efficients. Just a 6 inch thermocline makes a huge difference. If using a stratification system (floor fan) that affect the latent heat and although you feel all the heat in your upper body by mixing thermoclines this can totally mess up the latent heat you experience from the heater. If you don't know the 200 rule and how to apply that with the type of heater in the sauna and you want to pour lots of water on the heater with a massive amount of stones this will DEFINITELY BREAK THE 200 RULE. Those who want the best sauna experience should want to understand all the work we do with biohacking saunas. We are in our 50's and 60's and have no problem talking on the phone. We understand many people are not comfortable on the phones. Talking to someone with over 25 years of experience will help.
Note: If you have a contractor that can buy under their name please mention that when you call and we will go over contractor pricing. We set up contractors all the time. Ask your contractor if they buy from Ferguson. Most contractors do if they can fill out the forms for contractor pricing we can help.
We are open late. Sharon, Jake, Alan, and several other sauna enthusiasts will answer the phone. One of us should always be available. We have lots of experience and help. We are not salespeople. Call to buy a sauna or to learn about biohacking your sauna. You don't have to buy anything to talk to us. We love talking about biohacking saunas. All saunas get dropshipped from one of the 3 importers and we simply refer people to them or take orders if it is not a complicated sale. A complicated sale is when someone needs exact number of pieces of wood to build their sauna that we have the senior level people at the manufacturers help with that.
Some references: if you have any intensions of pouring water on your sauna heater, we have an entire website dedicated just to steam (SteamReviewed.com).
You will probably not find anyone who can help you like we can. Call now if you want to chat about saunas.
