Dundalk Leisurecraft saunas
This brand sells equality as good as Saunalife which I give the same rating to. You can use a HUUM heater on it's highest temperature in their saunas. This brand also uses thermally modified wood. The Dundalk saunas are much easier to assemble than most of of the other brands.
I put Dundalk and Saunalife in the same A+ tier but Dundalk gets a few extra points for its low margin of error.
With Saunalife, very few, maybe 2 out of 100 saunas have some type of misalignment such as a door not sealing all the way or the glass is slightly misaligned. I get calls from customers saying the do or rubs and doesn't close all the way unless it is forced. Yes, this can be fixed with a contractor doing an adjustment or getting some replacement hinge but it can take a few weeks to fix the problem. Dundalk has had zero issues with anything like this from my experience with them. Dundalk is a much more expensive sauna and has a slightly better build quality but both brands use high end wood. If you can afford the higher end engineering of the Dundalk this is the one I recommend.
Note: Although all the Dundalk saunas are high end saunas, I do NOT recommend the ones with full glass panoramic windows in cold outdoor climates. These take a very long time to heat up as heat is lost in the window. This usually requires an oversized heater to compensate for the heat loss through the window and very expensive to run. Those who get Dundalk saunas from me are usually the customers who buy EOS heaters and are looking for the best of the best saunas.
